- Dekro has developed a quick online survey that allows you to assess your compliance to the Fair Work Act.
The Fair Work Act is close to full implementation except for the required transitional arrangements. If you have read our News Article form May 2010 tilted "The Fair Work Act approaches its first anniversary" you will be aware that there are a number of issues that need to be addressed.
As you go through the self assessment it should become obvious how compliant you are to the Fair work Act.
