Dekro was established in 1994 as a boutique Recruitment and Human Resource Consulting organisation in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

All of our staff have dedicated their careers to Human Resources and Recruitment. We guarantee our knowledge and service are second to none.

We have hands-on Human Resource and Recruitment experience and a genuine desire to improve business. We are pragmatic in our approach, working with functional and practical methodologies providing constructive, holistic Human Resource and Recruitment advice.

Since originally opening our doors in 1994, very little has changed in the way that we operate. We remain dedicated to our clients and dedicated to providing each and every one of them the personalised, professional, confidential experience we are known for.
